What are some great sightseeing places in Las Vegas?

My family and I love to sightsee and visit interesting places for relaxation and picture taking. What are some tips, or places to go, or things to do..such as shopping, cultural stuff, what nightime lights to see? idk...etc.....(no adult entertainment please).
