I want to sell cookies, cake, and other tasty treat for $600-800 with a free puppy. am I liable as a baker?

I am a baker and I want to sell cookies for $600 a dozen and come with a free puppy of their choice. I got a plenty puppies of Finnish Lapphund, Irish Setter, Koolie, Croatian Sheepdog, and American er Spaniel. I not a dog breeder I am a baker my pion is in baking cookies and tasty treat. And I just want to know if I am liable for these dogs even though I giving them away for a free gift as long my customers buy $600-800 of bake good. I just don't people ume Im a dog breeder which im not. what about the law of suppy and demand. my cookies are really good. its homemade white chacolate chip peanut er cookies. I have the right to set any price that i think its fair. The dog is way to get more customers. I see other company have free offer as long you buy something right?
