LGBT: Is this guy flirting with me?

There's this guy who often sits next to me in cl, and he smiles at me a lot, he says I smell really nice and he has put his head on my shoulder. I am gay and this guy knows that I am gay. He always sits really close to me, and he's in my personal space quite often. He usually looks me straight in the eye when we talk and he has a little smile on his face, yet I can tell that he's being very attentive. He finds reasons to touch me as well. HOWEVER, I understand that he is a straight guy. What's going on with him? Help me out. Thanks!
