My corel file has lost its saved content, how do i get it back, always have auto backup turned off !!?

I had done a 4 page design, I was doing it while a malware detection scan thingy was running, it restarted comp when it was done, surley the stuff already saved all through the day should still be there. It did not the corel file is completlyempty, only a blank letter sized page
