Is my girlfriend an emotional bully?

My girlfriend and i got into a fight. she admitted later that we were both wrong. However I went to her when were were both still angry and apologized and told her i didnt want to fight anymore in a sweet voice while rubbing her. She continued to give me the cold shoulder, so i got upset and left. For the next 12 hours, she argued that it was my fault because i wasn't nice to her long enough. She said I should be nice to her whenever she decides for an indefinite amount of time until she feels better. I don't have a problem with this so much as her not meeting me halfway and giving me the cold shoulder while i'm trying to be sweet. Am i in the twilight zone?
