Vampire Weekend and Shakira?

So I was listening to the new Vampire Weekend song "I'm Going Down (Itunes Session)" and I'm going through the song, liking it, and it's nearing the end, and I notice a melody in some chimes. Is it just me, or does it sound EXACTLY like Shakira's "Waka Waka (This Time for Africa)"? Honestly, I started singing her song during Vampire Weekend's song, and it was dead on. What's this about?
