What are healthy foods that will make me feel full?

I'm changing my diet. I eat total cereal or cheerios with skim milk with either bananas, blueberries, or strawberries in the morning. A salad, wrap, tuna or turkey sandwich on wheat bread and white rice, string beans, broccoli, and carrots with chicken for dinner and granola bars and white cheddar popcorn in between for snacks. But I still feel hungry. At least when I was eating McDonald's I felt full. What else should I add to my diet to make me feel full.
