I erased all my cookies and now yahoo personals has erased my profile and will not let me in! What do I do?

I ran Lavasoft anti-spyware and removed ALL the cookies it found (instead of only the "critical" ones) When I went back to Yahoo personals, my profile ws erased and it treated me like a new customer. When I tried to put in new profile it refused to let me enter beyond teh first page of questions! I want to either allow cookies necessary to use the service or cancel the service and get my money back!
