My parents are trying to deprive me from having a social life!Im about to have a breakdown :(?

my stepmom is trying to rule the house and my dad is acting stupid and listening to her. What should I do? I moved from my mom because i wanted to live with my dad and i cant move back in with my mom because she lives in another country. my stepmom tells me to study only and no friends. i cant even have friends over jsut because she doesnt like it! and i cant even have a conversation with my dad or stepmom without them lecturing me even if i didnt do anything wrong! which i havent!!! I need help desperatley. btw Im 17 years old.
