My mom needs to go to the hospital but we don't have insurance opr the money to pay the bill.?

my mom has an infected stye, and she needs to go to the hospital, but we don't have insurance. we just moved to Nevada and we can't afford a hospital bill. is there a medical plan that makes it where you can pay in installments or something? I don't think we qualify for low income. PLEASE HELP BEFORE SHE LOSES HER SIGHT!!!
