How to get ride a boy?

he is son of our family friend(friend of my father) . often his father come to our home owing to this, his wife misunderstood that he is coming to meet us(girls). they fight at this matter.then after long time his son called me and said that he want to friend with me i accepted.we were friend but his intention was other he want to revenge from me for his mother n father fight he belived that, that was us bone of contention.we r not friends now but he keeps calling me i abused him and not received his calls even i closed my number,tommorow his number appered on my father"s cell he messeged sarah call me!!! this messege is not come from his own cell but from other number.he want to disfame me in my family that i was friend with him. my family dont know that i was friend with him.in our home it is restrict.it is rule.i want to shut his mouth n totly exculde from my life. what i do(i wish i could beat him or heir somebody to beat him).he saved my msgs which i sent him.
