How soon before you leave to Basic training do you get tested for drugs/pregnancy?

I am gong to basic training on March 1st and i just recently hadan abortion and my hormone level is still very high. So when i take a pregnancy test it still comes up pregnant. So...i really want to know how they will handle it if i test positive even though i am not pregnant. Do i tell them i had an abortion?
